Contemporary elegance at it's best! This beautifully appointed room, located on the second floor, has two comfortable reclining armchairs perfect for watching TV, reading a book, and just relaxing in.  A new, modern cermamic tile, ensuite bathroom with in-floor heating and a wonderful four poster Queen bed which accomodates up to two guests.

CHILD POLICY: We are primarily an adult oriented B&B, and welcome children 13 years and older.

Check In/Check Out: 
Check in after 3pm, and check out by 11am or as may be arranged

Cancellation:
Cancellations for stays up to 2 days will be accepted before 3pm - 2 days before your scheduled check in

For stays in excess of 2 days, cancellation will be accepted 1 day per day of stay maximum 60 days before your scheduled check in. Less notice may result in room charges if we are unable to re-book your room(s)
